At Boot Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new boots don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
