What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your boots sooner.
Are your boots water-resistant?
Most of our leather boots are naturally water-resistant, but not waterproof. We recommend applying a leather protector spray before wearing them in wet conditions to maintain their longevity.

Can my boots be resoled?
Many of our premium styles feature Goodyear welt construction, which means they are designed to be easily resoled by a professional cobbler, allowing them to last for years.
